UNI Career Services is the home of all Career Fairs and major recruiting events at UNI. Employer registration is managed through Handshake and typically opens in October (for our spring events) and in April (for our fall events). Contact CareerServices@uni.edu with questions.

Returning to the UNI McLeod Center, this campus-wide recruiting fair connects UNI students to jobs, internships, graduate programs, and other professional experiences. In place of micro-fairs, we are having a single day fair sectioned into five zones:
- Applied Engineering Manufacturing
- Business, Finance, & IT
- Community & Health
- Law Enforcement & Government
- Graduate Programs

Recruiting Event: February 3-4, 2024
Engage with educators around the globe. This recruitment service (hosted by UNI Career Services) is year-round and concludes with an annual recruitment fair in February.
Student Recruiting Resources
Interview Room for Check-Out
UNI Career Services has interview suites for students to check-out during the day for interviewing. The provided space is a quiet small office located in Gilchrist Hall with a neutral background that allows you to focus on presenting yourself without distraction of roommates or pets. Wi-Fi is provided on the UNI network. If needed, a wired internet connection and desktop computer is available.
Please place a space request as early as possible.
JCP Suit-up Program at UNI
Students have access to low-cost professional new clothing through a unique partnership with JCPenny Stores. While trends have shifted toward a more casual work environment, job seekers are still encouraged to dress well for interviews and networking events.
