Campuswide Career Fair
Fall & Spring Career Fairs
Recruiting through career fairs at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) is an easy way to meet highly motivated and well-prepared students! UNI students excel in business, technology, education, health, and communication, making them ideal candidates for a variety of industries. By participating in UNI's career fairs, employers can engage with students face-to-face and build brand awareness among future leaders. With UNI 's emphasis on hands-on learning and practical experience, over 93% of UNI students graduate with experience in the field they are entering!
We typically offer two campuswide career fairs each year, one in the fall and spring. These fairs often receive high praise from recruiters attending for the quality of student attendees alongside the ease of the day (parking, set-up, communication).
By participating in a UNI Career Fair, your organization also has access to table in Maucker Union free of charge one time during the semester of the fair.
