With these impressive numbers - it is not lost how hard it is to ensure UNI students are ready for the workplace. In the fall of 2024, we relaunched our Employer Advisory Board, a group of industry partners who provide our team insight into the marketplace, career readiness, and best practices. These trusted partners were selected to represent a wide range of industry perspectives after demonstrating a commitment to the UNI campus.
Current Board
The current board is set through summer 2026. We meet 3x annually and work to prepare students for the workforce.
