Contribute to the student experience at UNI by sponsoring one of our software systems that lead students to success. From Handshake to Career Exploration software, we always want to put cutting edge technology before our students.
$5000 | Leadership Training
During their academic career at UNI, more than 70% of all students will work on campus. In Career Services, we have leveraged this to teach "how to" be successful in the workplace. Additionally, we provide a program each semester called the Student Employee Leadership Academy that integrates NACE Career Readiness standards. The approximate cost of the Leadership Programming is $5000.

UNI could not operate without our student staff. Each April, we provide recognition for the contributions of our students including workshops, celebration programming, and the annual Student Employee of the Year banquet. We invite you to be apart of the outstanding contributions of your future employees through programming and service.

The top request of students is for a method to have professional head shots. By purchasing equipment available all day in the Maucker Union, your company would be recognized through multiple branding channels for many years. To view product ideas, click here.
Volunteer Time
We are excited you want to partner with UNI. We recognize contributions beyond financial are as important to our students success. If you would like help us prepare students, complete this form and share how you would like to be involved:
- Mock Interview Program
Each semester, we invite up-to 20 recruiters to provide practice interviews for students.
- Workshop Presentation
While we provide common workshops on career readiness, we welcome your voice in preparing students for the world of work.
- Informational Interview/Job Shadow
To help students make decisions regarding their career planning, we value connecting students to organizations and people in the field of interest.
